Dr David Mitchell

Graduating from the University of Queensland, David undertook his radiology training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital.

Travelling to London in 1992, David worked as a senior registrar in London's St Thomas and St Mary's Hospitals before returning to Australia in 1994 to work for a variety of private radiology practices throughout Queensland.

In 1997 David joined GCMI. David has a comprehensive skill set across all modalaties however his special interest lies in CT and ultrasound, including musculoskeletal imaging.

David is a member of the Australian Musculoskeletal Group and occasional lecturer for the Australian Institute of Ultrasound and Breast Imaging which incorporates the BreastScreen program.
